5. Payments & Billing

6. Refund Policy

• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

No refund will be applicable for:

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment completion:

All pre-developed frameworks, tools, source methodologies, templates, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Groww Per Click.

We are not responsible for:

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for the legality and ownership of the content they provide.

11. Confidentiality

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

13. Website Usage Restrictions
